Les droits de l’enfant victime ont considérablement évolué ces dernières années notamment depuis les lois de 1998 et de juin 2000 en France. Ces lois favorisent les révélations d’abus sexuels et de maltraitances. Ainsi, ces révélations sont de plus en plus précoces, ce qui facilite leur prise en charge.
